Meet the Therapist
PHIL LANDRY, LPC
I’m Phil Landry, a therapist for men ready to stop hiding and start living fully. For over 11 years, I’ve worked with professionals and high achievers to break patterns and do the work of healing. Along the way, I realized my greatest impact comes from helping men who want meaningful, lasting change.
Phil Landry Therapy for Men is a space where men can speak honestly, put down their masks, and do the work that matters. Whether you’re dealing with escapism, substance misuse, anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, work stress, or nervous system burnout—I’ve got you.
As your therapist, I won’t hand out quick fixes or give you easy answers. I meet you with honesty, compassion, and practical insight that helps you face the hard stuff and build a life that you want.
I take an integrative therapeutic approach, drawing from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Brainspotting, and neuroscience-based trauma therapies, among others, to support your growth and goals.
While much of my experience is with cis and gay men, I welcome trans men and nonbinary folks who resonate with this work.
The Work We Do Together
Men come to me when they’re done running from themselves—when the escapes, the overwork, the sarcasm, the control, the “I’m fine” mask stop cutting it.
You’re not here to vent. You're here to build capacity, clarity, and a more grounded way of moving through life and relationships.
